Started Dave Christy Insurance and Financial Services in 1994 after a 3-year career with Dain Bosworth as a stockbroker in Spokane WA.

I’ve been a financial professional for decades and have worked with clients through multiple market cycles. I now operate within the fiduciary RIA model and spend part of my time helping other advisors grow into that role.

Dave Christy Speaking is simply a way for me to share perspective, lessons learned, and frameworks that help advisors develop confidence faster.

Amanda started her State Farm Career in 1994 as a Fire Claims Catastrophe Adjuster. She has been an Agent in Orlando, FL since 2001. She is a lifetime President’s Club Member and Lifetime MDRT member, along with consistent Exotic Travel/Chairman Circle qualification.

Amanda has loved IPS since attending her first Dave Christy presentation many years ago. She embraced his philosophy of holistic planning along with her “BUTTS IN CHAIRS” philosophy and the two philosophies have led to a very fulfilling career!

Amanda is originally from St. Louis, MO and has an extensive State Farm agency family. Her father, brother, uncles and husband are all State Farm Agents!

Amanda is married to Bret Koenig and they have 4 boys—Gunnar, Garrett, Chase and Chandler, along with Lucy, their favorite red Labrador.

Rene started her career as a financial advisor with Waddell & Reed in 2009 and joined Dave Christy State Farm in 2012.

Rene meets with investment planning services customers and specializes in business retirement plans such as 401(k), SEP and Simple IRA plans.  She values the needs-based, relationship-driven philosophy of the agency. 

Interesting side note, she’s afraid of clowns. 

Investment Planning Services Sales & Team Management

Jo started her career in 2019 for a top producing State Farm agent before joining Dave when that agent retired. She specializes in sales training and team management, as well as actively selling for the agency.

One of the top strengths she coaches the team on is using the personal liability coverage discussion during insurance reviews to also uncover life, health, and investment planning services opportunities. Jo specializes in helping your team both uncover these needs and also translate them into investment planning conversations with your registered representatives. As Dave and Rene develop your skills in communicating the cost-conscious and value-driven services that we can provide, Jo will help you find people to be able to offer those services to

Fun fact about Jo is she eats a full jar of dill pickles every week.

Financial Services Account Service Rep

Gina  started her career as a Registered Representative in 2009 and joined Dave Christy State Farm in 2019.

Gina specializes in the transition process of new investment account holders and servicing the accounts of existing clients.

She values the relationship-driven philosophy of the agency.

In her free time she enjoys hard rock, Irish death beer, and cats with no hair.
